A: The system is upgraded with new features and fixes every second week.
A changelog documents all the high level updates.
Any critical issues are patched immediately.
There is no downtime in any cloud-services when upgrading, with the exception of the PMS service. This service will see a small downtime of about a minute when doing an upgrade. All data will be synchronized again once the service is back up.
TVs will reboot once a day to receive upgrades. In the case of an urgent need to upgrade the TVs, these will have to be rebooted (or app reloaded, depending on vendor), from the management portal.
Agent devices will request updates once a day. These can also be force-updated from the management portal if needed.
The management portal will require a browser refresh to reload after upgrade.
All CDN caches are cleared on upgrade, so web-applications are immediately available after the upgrade.
A: You cannot sign up with the system. An existing user must add you by providing access to your email at a site or some other context.
A: You can reset your password by using the forgot password button at the main login screen. You will then receive a link where you can set a new password.
A: The hospitality rooms list only shows locations that have the same category as the category set under "Hospitality -> Configuration -> Room Category".
