Dear Customers,
In accordance with the terms of our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), we are to notifying you of our intention to appoint a new sub-processor to support the delivery of our Hub products.

The proposed sub-processors will process personal data solely for the purposes outlined in our agreement with you and strictly in accordance with our documented instructions. We have undertaken appropriate due diligence and have agreements in place to ensure that the proposed sub processors maintain suitable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.
This appointment is scheduled to take effect on 09th September 2026.
In line with the terms of our agreement, you have the right to object to the appointment of this sub-processor on reasonable grounds relating to the protection of personal data. Any such objection must be submitted within 30 days of this notification.

Unless we receive a valid objection within the applicable timeframe, we will proceed with the appointment as described.
